Reservation Policies

*Check In -after 1pm or sooner by special arrangement.
*Check Out -Before 10am (week days) 11pm ( weekends and holiday) or later by arrangement.
*Early Check -from 6:30 AM. If the room is ready or unoccupied, it is with pleasure available early. If not, guests are still welcome to drop off their bags, use our bathroom facilities and have a hearty breakfast . A nominal charge per person to cover cost is levied for this early check in service. If guests require a guaranteed early check in then the room should be book for the night before. *Personal Taxi Pick-up - organised from the airport – recommended for early or late flights.
*Credit Cards Accepted Visa, Master Card, EFTPOS
*Smoking we are a non-smoking hotel but guests are more than welcome to indulge outside or in the garden.
*Confirming Reservations Upon enquiry we will confirm availability by Email, Fax or Letter or via your travel agent. We accept postal, phone, fax Email and travel agent booking and will confirm these within 24 hours by return fax or Email. We prefer correspondence in and out via Email of possible please. Reservations at the time of booking/confirmation must be secured by way of a quoted personal credit card number unless made by a travel agent, wholesaler or ITO.
*Cancellations – Once booked and confirmed by us, 10%, <2 week 25%,< 1 week 40%,<3 days 66%,<48 hours 100%. If a wait–listed person or another enquiry can take up booked room night, then the cancellation fee for those booking will be waived. Our flexibility on cancellations is to allow for extenuating circumstances, which will be dealt with reasonably on a case basis. If there is a cancellation, please let us know early so that we may try to minimise any charge to you or your client.
